With all the rain hitting BrisVegas and the coast at the moment, it was pretty hard to find somewhere dry to take some photos, but I headed off to Mt Tamborine in the hope of finding some water runnning somewhere. Well I found heaps of water, flooded roads, rain, low level cloud and plenty of fog… this waterfall was created just by water run off from the mountain – just on the side of the road.

Today’s colour is white and this whispy little flower is the perfect representation…it is another version of my pink whimsical flower from the other day… I still don’t know what type of flowers they are, but they sure are pretty….

Todays colours are pink & yellow..this flower is so delicate…it is just lovely…I’m totally enjoying this project 365 it is making me take heaps more photos than I normally would…I hope you are all still enjoying seeing them.

Day 23 – 23rd Jan, 2012

Today’s colour is pretty pink again… this flower is the whimsiest flower I have ever seen…it was just beautiful. It grows on a grassy bush type plant with whispy stems and then the softest prettiest flowers grow from them and blow so gently in the breeze…it was just lovely…you can tell I’m such a gardener, lol

Day 22 – 22nd Jan, 2012

Well todays colour is Moo Cow Brown…isnt she lovely? We went for drive out past Fernvale today and came accross this wonderful cattle property… the cows were more curious about me than I was about them…at first they were a little skittish but in only a couple of minutes a few came wandering over to say hi :)

I wasn’t sure where to head for my next photo…I’ve seen some nice shots of Shorncliffe Pier and headed over that way…I ended up at Redcliffe Jetty and it was just lovely….I really like this shot…and the gorgeous blue hue at the end of the day…

This isnt’t the best photo I’ve ever taken but I love it anyway…this fella was just so cute…him and his mates were sooo cute at 4:15 this morning when they were all laughing their heads off..but quite cute at 5:15am once I was up and awake….So todays colour is Kookaburra Brown…

Day 19 – 19th Jan, 2012

Day 19…pretty cool- I’m still going strong…

I headed down to Jacobs Well today as I only had an hour and a half to spare… I was hoping to find some seagulls or even a pelican…well lucky me – I found BOTH!!

The seagulls were amazing…they were all very trusting of me, and they were very patient as I edged closer and closer…so you can imagine my surprise as I was busy watching the one in this photo enjoying his lunch, when I turned to my right to find that two other seagulls had walked up really close to me (within about 2 feet) to check out what I was doing… it was one of those awesome moments when there is trust from both parties…pretty cool…
